Swetox’ infrastructure will be transferred to RISE

As of January 1, 2019, Swetox’ infrastructure will be transferred to the research institute RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden), as a national venture in toxicology. The eleven consortium universities, which today constitute the Swetox cooperation, contribute with bridge financing to ensure the transition.

The new department will be part of the RISE Bioscience and Materials division and will be located together with RISE’s existing operations in Södertälje. It will offer commissioned and test bed activities, research and education.
